It’s a moment of grace and pride for me to share my impeccable experience with honorable Prime Minister of India Mr Narendra Modi during his visit to USA from September 26th-30th 2014. I was fortunate enough to be a part of the reception committee at the Madison Square Garden, New York on 28th of September. It was an overwhelming response from the Indian Americans and as I can see it, this would certainly widen the scope of business and CSR activities in India.
To convey and spread the awareness about of 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan'among non-resident Indians living in New York, we took the initiative of Cleaning Drive at 52nd Street, Manhattan.
The public awareness drive aims to replicate Prime Minister Narendra Modi's clean India campaign that was launched across the nation Oct 2. Scores of volunteers cleaned the 52nd street, 2nd and 3rd Avenue in downtown Manhattan.

A high influx of Indian cricket fans were in the country to view the ICC Mini World Cup championship with 950 of them turning up from all over India brought down by the Indian based travel company Corporate Flyers Pvt. Ltd in association with LG company.
The ICC championship tournament provided the opportunity for Indian cricket enthusiasts to be part of the best incentives that was the most happening event in the country 9 during last month.

Mr. Kumria noted that the Sri Lanka Tourist Board needed to better promote Sri Lanka in India as they "do not come to India in a big way." He Stated .that they would be publicizing Sri Lanka in India through the media in order to attract more tourists to the country. He said that it was Indian Airlines that provided air travel as .cricket fans from all over the Indian sub-continent arrived in their numbers to afford them the opportunity to watch the matches in Sri Lanka.
Mr. Kumria was greatly appreciative of the attractions and entertainment that Sri Lanka could offer.
Galadari Hotel's (which hosted the touring fans) General Manager Chandra Mohotti said that "Sri Lanka was wooing tourists from India which had more than six lakhs of outbound travelers from India much more than the incoming ones".
